Securepoint is a leading German provider of trusted cybersecurity solutions and services for SMEs, public authorities, and institutions across Europe. The company employs around 270 people across locations in Lüneburg, Potsdam, Velbert, and Switzerland, and is backed by funds advised by Maxburg Capital Partners GmbH.

The acquisition of SecuLution by Securepoint reinforces Maxburg’s strategy of investing in companies with established market positions and strong growth potential.
