Founded in 2016 by Jan Schneider, OMA AG is a Swiss online marketing agency specialising in efficient, high-quality digital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Its comprehensive service offering includes search engine optimisation (SEO), Google and Bing advertising, YouTube campaigns, and social media marketing.

heise & dumrath medien gmbh & co. kg is a company established in 2016 through the merger of the directory business unit of the heise group and Dumrath & Fassnacht. Under the leadership of Managing Director Ansgar Heise, the company combines traditional directory-based media with modern digital marketing solutions, positioning itself as a leading provider of local marketing services for SMEs across the DACH region.

As part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in Europe and to support both domestic and international growth, heise & dumrath medien gmbh & co. kg has acquired 100% of the shares in OMA AG from its founder and sole shareholder, Jan Schneider. Mr Schneider will remain with the business for a transitional period to ensure continuity.
