Transactions: We are excited to announce the successful closing of the acquisition of Saint-Gobain’s Tiles Distribution business in the Nordics.

The business is a leading tile and bathroom distribution specialist in the region, operating through Konradssons Kakel AB and Kakelspecialisten AB in Sweden, as well as Flisekompaniet AS in Norway. Together, the companies employ around 270 people, operate 32 outlets across the Nordics and generated sales of approximately EUR 100m in 2025.

This transaction represents another important step in ECCO GROUP’s strategy of partnering with strong businesses and supporting their long-term growth and development.
