KPMG Funding Advisory acted as sole debt advisor to Medios AG on the arranging and structuring of debt financing for the refinancing of a bridge loan to support the acquisition of Ceban Pharmaceuticals B.V. and a revolving credit facility. With the establishment of its new syndicated credit facilities, Medios was able to convert the short-term bridge loan into long-term financing and extend the term of its existing working capital financing.
