Latham represents European private equity firm and its portfolio company on add-on acquisition.

Latham & Watkins has advised European private equity firm EMZ Partners (EMZ) and its portfolio company H&Z Unternehmensberatung (H&Z), a leading European consulting firm, on the acquisition of Transform8. The acquisition of the specialist in business intelligence, data analytics and digital transformation is part of the planned growth phase of EMZ following EMZ's significant investment in H&Z at the end of 2023.

Latham & Watkins regularly advises EMZ and its portfolio companies on transactions, including the investment in H&Z.
