Latham & Watkins LLP has advised US investor Elad Gil on the €450 million Series C financing round of AI defense company Helsing. The investment will be used for product development and research.

The financing round is subject to approval by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

Latham & Watkins represented Elad Gil with a cross-border team including Bay Area partner Benjamin Potter and Munich partners Burc Hesse, and Stefan Suess, with Munich associates Corinna Freudenmacher and Maximilian Kuchernig, and Bay Area associate Samantha Gross.
