Benchmark International is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Berlin-based SNPC GmbH by Moritz Hau, Patrick Walter and Michael Aigner. 

Founded in 1997, SNPC GmbH is a leading strategy and policy consultancy for companies with obstacles at federal, state or municipal level. The company's network enables excellent services and a high level of customer satisfaction. Wolfgang Branoner joined the company in 2007 and became the sole shareholder in 2019 through a management buy-out.

100% of the shares in SNPC GmbH were transferred to the three successor entrepreneurs. Wolfgang Branoner will take on an advisory role during the transition phase and will continue to support the company. Moritz Hau, Patrick Walter and Michael Aigner will take on all operational tasks together in future.
